So one of the great things about Providence, aside from all the things this city offers, is its proximity to Boston. The people are nicer here, though. :)
Last week, we went to see the Regeneration Tour (Naked Eyes, A Flock of Seagulls, ABC, Belinda Carlisle, and The Human League) at Bank of America Pavilion, which is a lot like Pier 6 in Baltimore. That was tons of fun, and some of you got emailed my photos from that show! Yesterday, we went out on a whale watch cruise. We saw lots of humpback whales, including a few mother/calf pairs. This is a photo of a pair of them diving right next to a boat, so you can really get a feel for their size! It was a gorgeous day, although it was very windy on the way out to Stellwagen Bank, which made it feel much cooler than it actually was.
