Now that we have a completely fenced yard, Ozzy can come outside with us without a leash, which is quite a novelty for him. He still can't get all the way around the yard, though, because we have some vegetation in the back/side yard that we need to relocate. We started to do it this weekend, but the rain (and the size of some of the trees) made it more difficult than we anticipated. Guess that project will be ongoing.
Other than that, I have been going to various exercise classes at CORE fitness studio, which is conveniently located in Wayland Square (I can walk there, which is like an extra little workout). I've taken Pilates, Cardioates (like a combo Pilates/cardio class with a mini-tramp), and Spinning. That was hard! (Especially the seat - ow! If I continue with that, I may have to buy a gel seat to cushion things!) It's lots of fun and I have started meeting more people there, which is really great.
I unpacked some fall/winter clothes last week, but I've realized that we have no idea where the jackets that were in our hall closet in Maryland are. Apparently, they are not with the winter coats. I am hoping to locate them this week, as it is becoming perfect weather for a fleece.... At least I did find my Uggs, which made me very happy as I was starting to have Ugg-envy every time I saw someone else wearing them on the street. (People wear boots here regardless of the weather. Very strange.)
